we broke the liquefied raw fresh fruit feast

on the tenth day. first me and mango enjoyed a very sweet watermelon drink and when we arrived home from fruit shopping we shared a creamy and yummy durian. enjoyed ok apricots, and amazingly tasty drink from pealed white peaches and orange, definitely another one to remember. i love drinking or eating very sweet white peaches and nectarines. i love the summer fruit season. we also ate pealed lebanese cucumbers and tomatoes. mango had his with avo. he had one avo while shopping and a few much later, i had durian.

yes, i am avocado free for about a month now and free from cravings. i am getting more giggly as time goes, yes, that is what i was missing at times...me avocado free.

since purely for ethical reasons i decided to live on raw fresh fruit i never look back. the fruitarian lifestyle fully satisfies me. i love who i am, the way i feel and i love to be. i am happy that i found the fruitarian lifestyle within me and not in some confusing diet books. raw fresh fruit is me, my nature, my spirit.

i love to choose all my fruit and i let only people i know including myself prepare it for me. i do not eat/drink fruit in any public place like juice bars, restaurants and so on. when i am food socialising i take my own fruit and eat it or i do not eat at all. or i eat from fruit trees. mango is the only person i let choose fruit for me. of course at times i have to make exceptions, like on long flights to europe, but i usually eat very little from an already very little meal, as most fruit provided is not ready yet.. so i always take my fruit on board with me and enjoy! or in some rare instances i have to ask someone to get some fruit for me.

today we bought 3 trays of mangoes, 3 durians, white peaches 8kg, lychees 1kg, apricots 2kg, 5 bananas, a box of valencia oranges, lebanese cucumber 3kg, tomato 2kg and avo 3kg

i love fruit and i am blessed to have sweet fruitarian mango to share it with.

today is the 9th day of our raw fresh fruit drinking feast

and it is a great and special experience as always.

this time i noticed that while we are doing mixed fruit drinks instead of mono, we both need less fruit to drink. it even makes sense to me, because with more variety there is more nutrition. more nutrition means more food.

me and mango we were drinking mainly mango and orange, mango orange and banana, mango orange and grapefruit, mango orange grapefruit and banana, and almost every night tomato lebanese cucumber and hot chili. all delicious.yum. yum. yum. yesterday we had for our 4pm breakfast magic durian, it was frozen and we did not want to wait until the next day, so mango took all the edible segments out from the spiky shell and after he removed the seeds, he blended it into the perfect and most tasty ice-cream, oh, heavens that was the best eating experience for me, as always when i am eating durian de luxe, the heavenly fruit, always new and exiting, the king of fruit. perfect baby food. perfect food for all...yum,yum,yum, i love durian.

later on we had a sweet watermelon drink and much much later juice from one orange(mango) and two oranges(me)

time flies, and lately even faster than ever, 3hours seems like 10 minutes, and i am often amazed when i look at the clock and see the "real" time. i was even suspicious that our clock is too fast, but the computer said no...i was happy, i love to be lost in time, clueless what time or day it is, when one day feels like a thousand years and a thousand years as a day...

i also like when magic happens. it occurs often. this sunday, toward the end of the markets, i was thinking  oh, surprisingly it looks like the soft toys do not sell well, so i may give it a few more weeks chance and if nothing changes, we may sell them almost for free...i did not worry about anything, i was in peace with what ever...but soon after someone came and bought a lot of toys to send for some children in thailand. and soon after we were given some new stuff from a lady who had finished selling at the markets, she said she knew us from seeing us at the place where me and mango are getting most of our heavenly fruits.

and one of our regular customers said she would donate us some stuff she does not want any more...

so magic is arriving to us from all directions and me and mango we also decided to do the markets every no raining sunday till we leave sydney, and we booked a different permanent site on which we both made the same choice.

yeah, we had a very good and sunny time at our local  sunday markets. i even waake up naturally on time.

this month, we began with our raw fresh fruit drinking feast

lucky pineapple picture by Fruitarian mea bit later than usual, because on the 4th we went on a community bus trip to see some countryside, visiting some waterfalls, but this is a story for another time. me and mango agree that once freshly made juice is made it should be drank straight away, so we never bottle our juices for later, and it would be awkward to make juice on the bus so some sweet yummy fruits were organised for us.

so yesterday was our second raw fresh fruit drinking day, and we shared and enjoyed watermelon 4 times, mango orange grapefruit once, mango orange once, cucumber tomato chili once. all half a litre and all very yummy.

and on the previous days we were mainly drinking mango orange or mango orange grapefruit mix, eating lots of very sweet and juicy mangoes, pineapple, cherries, lychees, apricots, pealed tomatoes and libanise cucumbers, and some hot or not so hot chilies. mango avos, i am still avo free for about 2 weeks now, and i LOVE it. and of course the magic durian. mango had few weeks durian break and i had about 2-3 a week, then we shared few together. we slow down on durians only for economical reasons. durian is expensive and we are saving

for a trip around magic land of oz (australia), mango suggested it and i agreed with him, as this is one of my dreams for a long time, so let's see what happens. mango said that once we have our land he would like to be there with our baby fruit trees, and not traveling for a long time. and traveling around oz could take us almost a year, as oz is a big country with so much to see...wow...we also love to see tropical western australia, before we decide to settle, we may like it and end up living there instead of far north queensland...

summer is hot and today is raining, the garden is happy and growing well, so are we.

sunday market recycling

is a great way to save some human and land resources and make some pocket money. me and mango we skipped the previous sunday as it was cold and rainy, but the sunday after was a very hot and sunny day, the sun was so strong, that my forehead got sunburned. yeah, it happens to me sometimes that i get sunburned especially when i do not move enough while in the sun, but i never make a big deal from it because i have and apply my magic fresh aloe vera plants with it's healing and pain killing powers when it is needed.

it is not only recycling i like about the sunday markets. it is also interaction with others, i find it very interesting, educational and entertaining. mango seems to have a good time as well, and we make a great team.

this sunday we were more hungry than usual and we shared twice some very sweet fresh and yummy nectarines and later on raw fresh orange juice made on the spot by mango. after markets we enjoyed mango orange drinks and then tomato with lebanese cucumber pealed and chopped for me and the same with avo for mango. yes, i am still off the yummy avocados, because my body mind and spirit say no to them. yes, taste buds say yes, but i say no.

summer time is here and we love it.

my mum made me happy

i rang her last night and she told me she was busy and she had only 20 minutes for me, i said i am glad she had some time for me and as it happened we ended up talking for 80 minutes. she spoke to me about her secrets, our family, friends, and she also gave me a report on what she is eating and how she feels. years back, when she was telling me how sick she was i used to tell her how only changing her eating habits could save her. oh, she would get at times angry at me, and told me one day to stop nagging her. so i thought well, the truth is that she has heard it all, so i thought i will just stop telling her, which i did, and from that time on when she complained about her health, i just said i am sorry to hear that, i would not say much more...only a few times i told her to cut the fat out. she did not like it...yes, because she loves the fat. i understand it is not easy for her.

well, after some time, she began voluntarily to give me reports on what she was eating, and how she felt after her meals without me asking, and i always praised her positive fruity progress. yes, magic sweet fruit is increasing in her diet. and finally i am hearing what i wished to hear for such a long time, last night she said to me, "oh, a few days ago i sinned" then she paused and i was thinking i wonder what this is about, not showing any curiosity, waiting in silent excitement for her confesion...not for long, in a few seconds she continued: "i ate some stroganof i made, i had only a little bit, and very soon after i felt very sick, i could feel how much fat there was, how heavy it was, and even when i had only steamed chicken breast with vegetables i felt sick after that as well, so i think i cannot eat meat any more..." oh, how i was happy to hear that her body is saying no to meat and heavy fatty foods. i knew it would happen, as she is now eating mainly raw fresh fruit and raw or cooked vegetables for about the last 7 months and she lost over 10 kg. so i explained to her what is happening and that that is very good news, as her body is stronger now and quicker to recognise and reject highly toxic "food". what she is telling me makes sense to me and i believe her. but when i hear or read somewhere stories like that someone was fasting for 40 days and then had a steak and felt great, but after eating banana was feeling sick, it is clear to me that that is a statement of pure nonsense. just like most of the info on what and how to eat/drink i have ever seen. no wonder almost everyone is so confused, there is so little truth, and so much misleading information.

those who knows the truth, recognises the lie. truth/clear mind opens eyes, lie/confusion closes them.

my mum is 72 and it seems like her life just began
my mum is 72 and she feels like her life just began
my mum is 72 and her goal is to live a long healthy and peaceful life
she is my sweet mum.

and she now boasts to others, about how i helped her, advising them to eat more fruit and veg.

avocado and me

we are not the best of friends. the longer i live my fruitarian existence the more my body rejects one of my favorite fruits. i give up on eating avos a few years after i became an ethical fruitarian. i just find them difficult to digest. i do not have this obstacle/discomfort with any other fruit. well, i used to eat avos now and then, and at times i would go a long time without. since my fruitling mango moved in with me, i got in to eating avos again, as he loves them and eats them almost daily. my body was ok for some time, and then i would observe not only physical but also mental discomfort and that made me slow down on avos or have a few days break from them. hmmm...it was not so easy, as my appetite for avocados was growing...and the ones we get are just heavenly...yum, yum, yum.

happy sunflower in our garden
happy sunflower in our garden

well, i came to the point once again, that i better say no to tasty yummy avocado, so i can enjoy my fruitarian existence to its full potential. yes, my fruitarian existence without avo is more joyful, euphoric, light, positive, bright...and so on :)

i observed, in the good old days of the fruitrevolution forum, that most people said they also have some negative experiences after eating avocado fruit especially when eaten in excess.

i believe that everyone has a slightly or more different avocado experience. mango seem to have no problem with them. so i think the best is that everyone make their own personal avocado test. experiment and observe, listen carefully to what your body mind and spirit tells you and learn from it. the best way to learn is via experience.

a few days ago me and mango we enjoyed a sweet time on the beach. the ocean was not so cold so we had 2 long swims. we always relax under the sun before and after each swim. the day was hot with blue sky. the other days were showery or too cold for our beach siesta.

sunny sunflower in our fruitarian garden

the coldest and rainiest day was on sunday and that is why we skipped our market day. we had a lovely busy and lazy day and we went to get some tomatoes, mangoes (at the moment6 boxes are with us) :)a few bananas some apricots and so on, and as we drove around our market we could see only 3 stalls, well, some people are very tough.

me and mango we are sharing yummy orange mango drinks, we ate some very yummy cherries for the first time of the oz cherry season, and almost daily yummy apricots, nectarines, drinking pears apples mixed with orange and mango, yum, yum, yummmy, yum.

mango is having some break from durians, and i had one yummy creamy and sweet one, i ate one half and the next day the rest. today i have sweet durian free day.

i said good buy to avocados.

the digital photography course is over, it was fun, and we learned a bit more...so there are a lot of nice pictures ahead...

9 days on raw fresh fruit juices

were easy enjoyable and very beneficial as always. raw fresh fruit juices are easy to digest, they enter the bloodstream faster, and therefore fresher, than when the whole fruit is eaten, even when it is well liquefied in the mouth by chewing. i am aware that they are some who think, usually after reading somewhere about it, that raw fresh juices are not "healthy" or recommended. i am sure, if they would only have a go at it, they would see in a very short time, the TRUTH about raw fresh fruit juice goodness. well, it can be that some highly toxic people can feel a bit uneasy at times, but that is only due to detox, as while raw fresh fruit juices are entering the bloodstream, the body is happily detoxifying.

it is only the second time that me and mango drank a variety of raw fresh fruit on our regular monthly raw fresh fruit juice feast, usually we drink only oranges, grapes or watermelon. i observed there is not much difference if i drink mono or if i mix my raw fresh fruit drinks. i began to think that it may be the juices alone from which the body truly benefits, and not so much the mono regime.

we broke our yummy fruit drinking feast with magic durian, yum, yum, yum, and we continue to drink most of our fruit as always. some may think that drinking fruit is unnatural. i on the contrary, think that if i live in more natural surroundings, i would be in a paradise fruit forest, with such an abundance of yummy raw fresh fruit. because i do not believe that dried fruit or fruit frozen for too long, is truly  fresh and therefore should not be eaten. in my abundant fruit paradise i would naturally want just the best of the best that fruit can give me: its raw fresh juice.

the sunday market was fun and i am ready for the next one tomorrow.

the day before yesterday was a beautiful beach day, me and mango had 2 long swims even though the ocean was more cold than usual, and we charged our 'batteries' with powerful sun rays. yeah, the ocean was cold, but so beautifully blue and calm as a lake...and as always i felt amazing afterwards.

and we had fun on our digital camera course.

every day is sweet with yummy raw fresh sweet fruit
every day is sweet with my sweet sweetie mango
and it was the mighty raw fresh fruit that guided me to his life.

hallelujah

ps: today we just finished a very yummy "one apple one orange juice and almost one durian" mix. the durian was not particularly sweet and creamy, that is why. yum. i could eat it again. a not especially good durian became something rather special. durian is magic.

looking forward to my morning swim

seventh day on fruit juice.

raw fresh fruit drinks are yummy, refreshing, life giving, and provide a way for the body to detox and heal itself more successfully than if just raw fresh fruit is eaten. it is almost like fasting, only more gentle.

today is our seventh day on fruit drinks and each drink is a treat. in the last 2 days we were drinking  orange and mango, pineapple apple orange, orange mango kiwi, cucumber with dash of tomato (only once), cucumber wit dash of zucchini (only once)

the day before yesterday we had sweet fruitarian fun under the sun on the beach. the ocean was a bit wild and cold but we had 2 good swims, it was a hot day, even though at times cloudy. on our way back we found some treasures to sell at the market.

enjoying every day, sun is shining, birds are singing, it is warm or hot, fruit is plentiful and delicious, me and mango we are enjoying our days and each others company.

the fourth day on our traditional monthly raw fresh fruit juice fun

began with a yummy mango orange drink, still our favourite, the mangoes are just heavenly and the valencia oranges sweet as...

the first day was a local sunday market one, and we had our first drink around 1pm, it was a freshly squeezed orange juice by mango, we drank one orange each. we arrived back in our shoebox around 3pm and we had several orange mango drinks til 6pm.

we prepaid for a spot at the local markets for 13 sundays, it was a good deal plus we have some stuff to sell. i truly enjoy interacting with other people and having a "little shop". i used to play as a kid at my grandmas making my little shop selling goods to my imaginary customers it was one of my many favorites, i never was and i never am bored. well, it is nice to be able to do what i always enjoyed, only on a different level and different form, i am more life experienced and my customers are not imaginary. i like the markets better than a shop because i can be outside.

on monday, the second day, we drank orange mango mix all day. on tuesday, the third day, we enjoyed a few mango orange drinks and two drinks made from raw fresh pineapple apple orange and kiwi, and one from pineapple apple orange mix. all raw fresh and very tasty. all 1/2 litre at times bit over as always.

yesterday, the third day, was for me a bit dramatic, i went trough mild detox, i had a few short mood swings, my emotions were running high, i wished i could stay in bed with a book, but i went along with mango to our second session of the digital camera for beginners course. we had a good time despite my "moods", we took some nice pictures and we learned some new stuff. from about 3pm my mood swings left me and i was back to myself.

all last week was peaceful relaxing and at times busy.

on the monday we had three awesome swims, the ocean was cold at first but in a few seconds very enjoyable, i was moving fast so i was able to stay in the water as long as i could. i love swimming. sun ray catching, relaxing, enjoying mango's company, we also munched on one big mango each and we used the skins for our skin.

on tuesday (last week - still) we had our first digital camera course day

on wednesday i visited a friend

on thursday a sweet day with mango only

on friday i visited another friend, i was traveling on public transport, i got a sore back from the bus seat and headache for a half hour from the city pollution

on saturday i visited the same friend as on wednesday.

all last week, before we started drinking only raw fresh fruit, we drank mostly orange mango mix, and we ate some avos, tomatoes, cucumbers and a few not so hot chillies. and a fair few magic sweet and yummy durians yum, yum, yum...

life is yummy.

community center garden for children

so they can learn about the life of plants from experience is a great idea of j who runs the center, and me and mango, we are a part of this project...

and it began like this: it is a while ago now, a month or two, i was visiting my mum overseas and mango told me on the phone that our spaceship crashed, so he visited our nearby community center to send me an email etc, and that is how he met j, and one thing lead to another, and i and mango joined as volunteer workers to create a little garden for little children. yes, very sweet...

and yes, today, me and mango, we planted a cute baby lemon tree, a cute baby mandarin tree and a cute baby passion fruit vine. the choice of fruit was made by j. i would have gotten persimmon, mandarin, orange, passion fruit, paw paw, blueberry... oh, yes, if i was the decision maker i would make a fruit and aloe vera garden... back to reality, me and mango, we are happy that fruit was included in the plan for the fruit, veg, and herb garden.

i so enjoyed planting the trees, and also visiting the nursery, admiring so many beautiful plants and i was in bliss when we were in the baby fruit tree section, oh, i am so looking forward to growing the trees i want to in some tropical haven... along with sweet mango for sure...

ready to eat durian, czech republic 2006

and we continue mixing mangoes and oranges in to delightful raw fresh fruit drinks daily, two or three times a day and we just cannot get sick of it. the same with durians. hass avo, tomato, cucumber - all very yummy.

mango also wrote an article on healthy eating that was published in the community center newsletter with a very cute picture of him, and there may be a few people interested in mango giving a speech and i am sure i would join him as from my own experience i noticed that people take my fruitarian lifestyle more seriously since there has been another fruitarian, mango, with me. two people who fully agree on the fruitarian lifestyle are naturally twice as convincing

me and mango we are not afraid or in any way uncomfortable to confess that we are fruitarians, we are not hiding it and it is interesting and at times amusing to see how others react. in most cases they just don't believe it. some like to debate it a bit and some some more...but it is so rare that i am sure they are wondering, it is so rare that i am sure they are pondering at times...and almost sure that the idea of letting go of all they are eating is almost beyond their imagination, a way too big sacrifice, or just impossible.

like with this man who held a market stall near us and he at times came over to our stall and chatted with us, and when he heard we are fruitarians, he said he knew about it but he could not do it, and he said that only very strong people can. i told him i believe that the strength comes with strong reason.

the spirit of love

was my reason for choosing a fruitarian lifestyle.
i am proud to be an ethical fruitarian.

days and nights (plus karel capek)

are passing by one by one, and me and mango are enjoying them, sharing our fruitful fruitarian life, each day unique, special, beautiful...

...enjoying daily our mangoes blended in orange juice two or three times a day, very yummy hass avocados, tomatoes, lebanese cucumbers, and some not so hot chillies  and some a bit hot. we are also sharing almost daily one magic durian or two... they are very yummy and yum yum yum, yes. and today it was a very uplifting pineapple banana orange drink. all our drinks are a half litre or a little bit over.

yesterday i finished reading 2 books by karel capek, in the original czech language (also translated into english) the absolute at large (tovarna na absolutno) 1922 and war with the newts (valka s mloky) 1936 (the year my mum was born). i found them very inspiring. karel capek is my new discovery, i knew about him, but i never came across his books before. one book was given to us with some other books and the second one is here

the past few days were nice, warm and sunny and today the temperature dropped down to 15+ celsius and it was a real winter rainy day with some snow in the blue mountains located abut 80 km away, yes, it was freezing

but we had a lovely day anyway...

sunday continued...

sunday local markets, selling brick a' brack that got slowly but surely in to our shoebox from different directions: as gifts, or found by the rubbish bins, usually by mango as he is looking for recyclable metals to sell at a recycling plant, so he brings some other stuff, and because the saying one mans rubbish is another mans treasure is true, me and mango decided to hire a stall at our local sunday markets. i like recycling, especially when some pocket money comes out from it.

it was very interesting to see how much i was able to learn in one day from the experience. experience is the best way of learning. just like with the all raw fresh fruit lifestyle, anyone who has the same experience would agree with me, that it is the most beautiful and giving way of living for ones whole being.

we did not eat/drink at all, to avoid the need to visit public toilets, so we could fully attend to our stall.

it was a hot day and it was fun, and around 1pm mango went to buy a few oranges as we both longed for orange juice. i got some juice from one orange mango from two, they were not so juicy, but even a little bit of raw fresh orange juice rejuvenated us... at 4pm we were back in our shoe box, and we both truly enjoyed a 1/2 a litre glass full of clear raw fresh orange juice, then about an hour later the same again, and soon afterward a sweet durian... i am sure we enjoyed some other fruits that night too.

hot day 26+

monday was a beautiful beach day, so me and mango went to visit one of our local beaches. yes, the sun was shining like there was no tomorrow, we could not have wished for a better day. we had a magic relaxing time sunbasking and an amazing swim twice. the ocean had warmed up since last time, so we could swim for much longer than previously, and that was a big joy for me, i had so much fun swimming in the tingling pacific ocean, giggling afterward... me and mango we shared one mango and a bit later another one...

we are drinking and eating raw fresh fruit only as usual, durian, and mango blended in orange juice, are my favorites right now, all the fruit we are eating is so yummy i also love sweet paw paws

yum yum yum...

eating all raw fresh fruit again

after 8 days of raw fresh orange juice feast was very exciting. we got 3 boxes of mangoes, 5 paw paws, bananas 2kg, tomatoes 2kg, avos 2kg, strawberries 3/4kg, 2 big rock melons, 1 small watermelon.  mango found 2 big honey dew melons and there are still a lot of oranges left over, getting sweeter for sure.

well, we drank blended mangoes twice, 1/2 liter each time. and we ate a big and so yummy durian, avo and pealed tomato mix

i was feeling great all day and night, but when i woke up i felt a little bit sick, i was constipated and i went back to sleep for about an hour and then when i woke up i felt more sick like throwing up and my tummy was sore like bruised.oh, and i felt week, i sent mango for an aloe leaf, and i blended and drank the gel and about half an hour later i went back to sleep and i slept for another 4 hours and when i woke up i was feeling ok and the constipation was gone, but i had no appetite.

i think that for the first day after light orange juice days i ate too much (2) heavy oily avocado. i think i was not thinking.

at 4pm when i came back from visiting a friend i was hungry so me and mango shared a very tasty durian yum yum yum. a few hours later we had strawberries blended with bananas. before that mango had blended mango and some avos later.

we enjoy all we do

sunny 21+

another day closer to our tropical fruit paradise...

well, late at night when i was already in bed ready to sleep,i began to feel a little bit sick again, so i had a small glass of raw fresh orange juice, and i felt better, but not for long, so i got up again and i blended the gell from an aloe vera leaf and drank it, and i felt back to normal and i slept in no time like a baby.

i woke up to cloudy sky,and i felt great and full of beans, later on sunshine arrived and me and mango had our mango drink out in the sun, relaxing afterwards just like yesterday, we had a lot of fruitarian fun under the yummy sun

me and mango shared busy fruitful and beautiful day

we drank rock melon, rock melon, mango, mango, and we ate tomatoes, avos, paw paw

yum yummy yummmy yummy yum :) and giggles :)

SLEEPING

i was waking up slowly, when mango whispered in to my ear: "it is time to wake up" oh, yes it is sunday, i thought and i got up to a sunny day, it was about 6am, yes, this is very

UNUSUAL FOR ME

to wake up like this, as i almost always wake up naturally. i love the slow awakening and i never feel the same when i get disturbed from my sleep. i feel sick like throwing up, i do not have appetite and i may have mood swings (poor mango); feeling a bit down at times. oh, yes,

LACK OF SLEEP

affects me deeply and negatively. i am lucky i can almost  always sleep as it suits me. i was lucky i was waking up slowly for some time when mango wispered in to my ear...so i could truly enjoy a very busy day.

...oh, yeah, i was excited, as soon as i got out of the bed, i was looking forward to go on our first...

to be continued...

sixth seventh and eighth day on RAW FRESH ORANGE JUICE

were magic and each different.

on the sixth day mango drank 5 times and me 4 times yummy orange super power

on the seventh day we both drank 4 raw fresh orange juices sweet and full of sunshine

on the eighth day the same as on the seventh day

we drank all the raw fresh orange juices straight away after we hand squeeze them, and then pour the juice trough the sieve because we both love only clear orange juice, free from tiny orange bits. we usually take our juice out in the sunshine, relaxing afterward on blanket on the lawn next to our happy garden.

last night i rang my mum, she was happy to hear from me and even though she was busy, we ended up talking for 20 minutes.

last night i was craving strawberries

fourth raw fresh fruit juice day

was very peaceful and relaxing, mango had 2 orange juices and 1/2 a banana blended in orange juice, i had 1orange juice and 1/2 a banana blended in orange juice

the last two boxes of oranges were a bit sour, they will need about a week or so to sweeten up, so today we got some sweeter ones, ready to be squeezed in to sweet raw fresh orange juice, the true life giving orange liquid entering our digestive system and bloodstream, to give us the best drink under the sun. there is no better drink than raw fresh fruit juice made of any juicy raw fresh fruit.

i love the unfortunately rare moments when i squeeze for some one fresh fruit juice, and they have never had one, only the old rotten ones everyone can find not only on thesupermarket shelves, and as soon they have their first sip they  tell me with a big surprise: "this is very different to any bottled juice i get in the shops, hmm this is so much nicer...hmmm..." i usually say something like: "fresh is the best". or "fresh is alive the old is dead"... the bottom line is, that most of them say something like this: "yes, but it is too much work to make it", well i think, people like that have to work first on their mind and then on their diet.

benefits of the fruitarian diet

i find this article interesting and i thought it would be nice to share it with you

benefits of the fruitarian diet

Fruitarians are one step up from a Raw Food diet. They focus on eating only raw fruits and seeds. [i focus on raw fresh fruit only] Fruitarians, along with Raw Foodists believe that eating cooked food is harmful and that cooked food actually causes disease to develop due to toxic build up in our bodies.

For Fruitarians, cooked food is an addiction that needs to be broken in order to truly experience the euphoria of perfect health and freedom. There is a lot of weight in their addiction argument, looking at how many people have issues with overeating and emotional eating. It is evident that people do have emotional ties with food that go beyond eating for survival. Eating a fruitarian diet is meant to allow one to face life's events and issues without turning to comfort foods to fill the emotional void.

Although the road to becoming a Fruitarian can be difficult, there are some serious benefits in following the path. Benefits you can expect to receive among others:

- A perfectly calm and clear mind that will allow ideas and creativity to abound. The detoxification process allows for perfect harmony between all of your bodily systems allowing for the highest degree of cooperation and balance within yourself.

- Healing from all wounds and diseases that may be in your body. You will even experience healing of developing problems that you had not even discovered yet.

- Freedom from constipation, insomnia, depression, stress, and fatigue.

- A huge increase in the strength of your immune system allowing your body to be much more resistant to allergies, bacteria and viruses.

- A return of your libido and a boost to your fertility.

- In appearance you will notice clear skin, bright eyes, strong nails and soft shiny hair. You will also notice a huge decrease or even elimination in body odor. Your self-esteem will dramatically improve as you feel a love for yourself and your body that is very difficult to describe.

- Your body will be rid of all excess weight and your cellulite will disappear. Your body will take the form that it was meant to be, which may be considerably different than how it is now.

The empowering feeling you develop in choosing to eat a fruitarian diet will help you to make better choices for yourself in all of your decisions. You will develop a much greater sense of self-control.

- You will see a dramatic improvement in your ability to work long hours without feeling run down.

- The ability of your body to recover from injury will be rapidly increased compared to someone who eats a cooked food diet.

Imagine walking into your home and you seeing it full of garbage. Imagine trying to be healthy and efficient in such a mess. That is how our bodies feel when overloaded with toxins from the processed foods we have been consuming. How much better would you feel to be in a home that is spotless, organized and bright with no clutter at all. That is how you can feel about the inside of your body. Eating a fruitarian diet will make you feel like a kid again and you will find yourself being able to keep up with little kids when playing. What is also pretty amazing is that you also start to get that child-like imagination and wonder back into your thoughts which makes life a lot more exciting to live each day.

Transitioning to a Fruitarian diet from a Standard American Diet (SAD) can be difficult. Detoxifying physically is hard enough in itself, but you have to realize that you will also need to detoxify emotionally. When you are forced to leave your comfort foods behind you may find yourself scared and almost "naked" because you have nothing left to hide behind. Take all this into consideration when deciding to take the plunge, research and fully understand what is going to happen to your mind and body during the transition.

third day on raw fresh fruit juices

was a very good one, me and mango shared raw fresh orange juice five times. i am feeling every day better, i enjoy the physical and mental lightness; the constant natural high, with euphoric outbursts, oh, how i love fruit euphoria, i am so in love with my fruitarian lifestyle, the mighty fruit gives me satisfaction.

yesterday was also a very hot day 35+, and me and mango visited the beach, the water was so freezing, so mango had 3 very short swims and i had one short swim and twice i just jumped in for a dip to cool down. it was like a real natural sauna. yeah, the beach is always good, i felt so renewed afterwards as usual.

we also got 2 boxes or life giving raw fresh oranges

we shared a lovely and peaceful day

today was the same as yesterday, mango had orange juice 3 times, me 2 times and we also had an apple orange drink.

as always i am truly enjoying raw fresh fruit juice days.

i had a great day, i had a nice very early morning wonder walk with a friend and her dog, we visited a nearby beach and we had a good time.  afterwards she took me with her to her place for some time, then she took me back home again, and i arrived at the same time as mango, he had been swimming in the ocean.  the rest of the day and night we spend together in love and peace. today was 30+ hot and sunny

first day on raw fresh fruit juices only

for me and mango. this time it worked out on the first day of the new month. i think mango had 3 orange juices, me 2, and we both had orange apple juice. i had my first drink after 2pm, shortly after arriving back from the beach. it was a nice hot day, the ocean was very calm and freezing, so i had only one short swim, mango had 3. i was too cold to go in again, but i truly enjoyed the buzz after my first swim in our swimming season. mango had his first swim a few days ago...

i have been going to sleep early these past 3 days,  yesterday already at 7pm. that is why i haven't been posting...

i spoke with my mum on the phone, she had an amazing holiday in spain with her special friend, i am happy for her.

me and mango we are having lovely busy sunny and fruity days.

my english is

improving bit by bit, especially from the time i am with mango, he is showing me all my mistakes, and because i have used them for such a long time, it is taking time to change the bad habits. i can see how i am  programed like a computer and i act like a robot, doing things automatically. i reached the point, where i feel uncomfortable  to write  in  english,  as i am aware of how many mistakes i am making and how much more i still have to learn. i spoke about it with mango and i asked him, if he would help me to correct  my  blog  posts,  he  said  yes,  so  we  did  the 2 last  posts  today.  i am so lucky to have such a helpful sweet heart. he is sleeping now, so we will correct this text tomorrow.

today was another warm and sunny day with an all blue sky.  our first meal was a very sweet orange juice, a durian picnic next to our garden later on was a big disappointment, as the durian fruit was almost tasteless and sweet less, so we exchanged it for a sweet yummy one...and we ended up eating it in the park just above the beach, with a beautiful view. the ocean was so calm and so blue and the shallow water was so green, the durian was magic, so was the long relaxing time afterwards. about 2 hours later we agreed we would like some orange juice so we left our special place and arrived at another one..and yes, we had an orange juice, and a bit later we had a paw paw picnic under the sun, yum, yum, yum...in our backyard, and some kids arrived and chatted with us, and a 4year young boy told us that he want to kill all aliens, and it was almost impossible to talk him out of it...

when the sun left we left as well and mango made for us an apple orange banana drink and we watched some movies

i was shot today

it happened very fast and it took me by surprise, i was enjoying the warm spring sun on me, around me...my hair flying in the gentle breeze  and  my  hands  were  busy  hanging  some  freshly  washed (in cold water only) clothes, looking forward to meeting sweet mango in the garden as soon as i finished, to join him in some gardening, smiling feeling so blessed and suddenly i can feel someones eyes on me, so i turned my head in that direction and i saw just for a split second about a 5year young small boy with his mum, in one hand he held hers and in the other hand he had a gun, and as soon as i looked at him....he shot me...it felt like for real, only pain and death were not present and i thought to myself, oh, how easy it is to kill someone, and so fast that one does not have time to say goodbye...it is not just the kid with his toy in my eyes, it is clearly a conditioning of the mind.

besides that, today me and mango enjoyed: orange juice, orange juice, 5dl and raw fresh, avo, tomato, and very yummy paw paw... raw fresh fruit every day, magic durians, strawberries, rock melons, oranges, tomatoes, avos, all so yum!

i do not have gun.

the zakynthos holiday with my sweet mum

was very successful, oh, yeah, we were looking forward to our love sun sea and raw fresh fruit holiday as always, because we always have a beautiful time.

the greek island zakynthos, we had seen from air just few minutes before landing,  welcomed us with very hot 40+ sunny morning, it was the most hot day of our stay, it was usually around 37+, me and my mum we love hot sunny days. it is interesting for me to see how she always changes, it is like she raised from death. she is so happy she is almost always smiling, she often repeats that she does not need much to be happy in her life, just love, peace, sun, sea and yummy food...

well, some "food" she eats i consider stinky and yucky, just it's smell can make me sick, but she ate very little of it. in the 11days she had 1can of dead sardines, and 50g of some long lasting salami. rest of her diet was 80%raw fresh fruit including juices, 10%steamed vegetables, 10%bread, margarine, black coffee.  she lost 4kg in 11days

swimming as she does, holding onto her air pillow , happy just like the little kids around us, she spend most of her time in the sea, while i was relaxing on the sand enjoying the hot sun, taking a few swims for around 20minutes or so. we were on the beach every morning after showering and breakfast, then we had a  shower again and something to eat/drink, followed by a siesta in bed (full on relaxation) at times chatting, then shower, beach, shopping, shower, eating/drinking reading tarot cards, chatting, singing, often siting on our balcony.

we went twice for a walk but we did not like the place so much: too many buildings, not enough nature.

the turtles were too far away for us to see. we could have gotten a boat trip to do so, but we were told about the the noisy engines and the loud music and a probable hot day on the ship without a swim or shower, so we decided to spend our day as usual, to make sure it was going to bee a good one...

nectarines, grapes, watermelons oranges and grapefruits, all local, were so much sweeter and yummier than the once we were getting  in the czech republic. we juiced and drank all the citrus fruit, and most of  the very sweet watermelons

yum yum yummy yum...

i am back in the sweet land of oz

the place on earth i always miss when i leave for overseas, back in the sweet arms of sweet mango, the sweetest person i ever met.

i flew with russian airoflot from prague to china, but as soon as i boarded the qantas ship, i was at home, feeling so happy to see smiling friendly people again, even my fruit platter meals improved, still they were bit tragic, as some melons were a long way from being ready, hard and tasteless...but that is ok with me because i am an experienced air traveler, so i know what to expect and i take my raw fresh fruit with me. i do that even on earth, when i am visiting other earthlings, or i just do not eat.

the trip was very long: i left my mum on wednesday early morning and i arrived to mango on friday around midday. i spent the whole day in shanghai airport, but i did not mind, i was so glad that i was leaving for the place where i truly wanted to be...

happy lucky blessed me

greek island zakynthos

is my next destination, i am looking forward hot sun and blue sea to swim in. i am leaving tomorrow night along with my mum, we love each other and we enjoy our time together, especially on our holidays, were we have freedom from many tasks and others. the only 3 hours 20 minutes short flight from prague to zakynthos is going take us, to most green part of greece, on 9km long sandy beach, the home for protected turtles named caretta-caretta. and now is the time when the babies turtles going leave their eggs and we may see them on their first way in to sea of many blue colors. no engines and water sports are permitted. we are going to live in studio with small kithen shower and wc, and we are going to buy our fruit and other stuff for mum, to eat, she is eating more fruit than 2years ago, and she drink fruit juices with much biger zest, she look much better as well. while on holidays with me she eat mostly raw fresh fruit. now she is in love with

raw fresh the whole watermelon juice

it is surely very powerful stuff, i blend the pink stuff then i juice the skin in juicer and then i mix it all up. so far we are lucky,  all watermelons were all sweet us can be. mum have some digestive problems and she is not regular, trying make it work with some herbal teas, but since she is drinking her favorite whole watermelon drink, she is smiling, telling me how everything is working as it should be, and she is amazed how easy and fast the whole watermelon drink work for her. she also love

raw fresh red grapefruit and orange juice

i usually made for her when i am making one for myself. today i made 1 liter and half and she had heaps. this is only juice she is making for herself when i am not here. otherwise she tell me, she is not having time. yes,

time management

is a good one to know. i do simplify and i find it very rewarding, since mum cook in stinky kitchen, inhaling so many toxins, i am on sunny veranda at near by friend's place relaxing on the sun, chatting with people whom are present. they are all busy and i have permission to be there whenever i want to. i also enjoy interesting

wander walks along or in very near by forest

and behold, today i have seen 2 dear jumping running, full of life and so beautiful, and yet, some people would shoot them and eat them...forest , their home is nice green and natural, it was obvious to me they are having dear fun under summer morning sun. i am sure they went see some dear friends. i am lucky i am so close to nature in tiny town surrounded by black forest, without shops. so

i stay here with my family /some of/ and some come visit us and some friends as well...

i am drinking lot of oranges, grapefruits, grapes, whole watermelon /skin included/eating some bananas, pears, nectarines, and

flight to prague

was smooth, and on time. yes, the biggest problem was the air conditioning; my lips god so badly dry they turned deep red and very burned. yes, healing is still in process and i am using aloe vera to free my self from any discomfort. the fruit platter meal was better than usual, it was free from veg salads and it contain mainly raw fresh fruit, but most of it of week taste. well, it was edible juicy and refreshing, i already know that meals are very tiny, so i packed with me 3tomatoes, 3hass avos, and 1small libanise cucumber.

from prague i took taxi to karlovy vary where my mum, sister and her son picked me up. we got some fruit for me. i supposed catch the bus, but it was all sold out. that is ok, i had good conversation with taxi driver, he was traveler, interested in australia.

for first two days i was still in the air flying, and i experienced big culture shock as well, as i did enter very different world compare to one i live in.

i am munching on tomatoes, watermelons, cucumbers, orange juices, grapefruit juices, orange grapefruit juices, grape juices, watermelon juices, rockmelon, strawberries. the fruit is not so sweet and tasty as in sweet oz. nectarines are so sour for me i just cannot eat them my mouth is fully rejecting them, i have no choice, i have to spit them out. yeah, my body speaks loud and clear to me.

i am taking short wander walks to very near by forest, i spend most of the time with my mum, i enjoy specially tarot card reading sessions she does for others. we are very close and alike. surely we have big differences as well. as far hers diet goes she lives in darkness, true she is very slowly getting some light. she eats/drink more of fruit and veg and she i slowly loosing kg's. she look better and younger than 2years ago. i am very pleased with her and told her how better she look and keep going.

i am in very tiny village, and i have here one lovely friend, she is also mum's friend, that is how i met her first about 7years ago. she live very near on our way to forest i had seen her 3 times so far and we had always good time.

it is warm and sunny, today bit of rain, now sunshine. i sleep well as always, i am going sleep early and i wake up early...

i keep in touch with sweet mango via email and ph, and i miss him.

fruity fruitful days

passing by one by one, everyone unique and special and full of very yummy raw fresh fruitful treats, since my last post me and mango we are enjoyed many and  very very tasty durians, avocados, tomatoes, cucumbers, chilies, paw paws, some mandarins, and drinking raw fresh crimson grapes, pineapple orange banana mix, pomelo orange mix, (new and i love it, oh there is always something new in fruit world) orange, orange grapefruit mix.

yeah, me and mango we got some grapefruits, only later on we discovered they are pomelos, so we decided to juice them, and they are so delicious in mix with oranges, it is now my citrus favorite drink, yum, after first sip i fell in love. durians, lately popular breakfast in bed,  are as usual very amazing with many magic and most yummy flavors, at times i get in every small bite a new flavor, and they all take me somewhere...like to my childhood or babyhood...sweet sweet durian.

me and sweet mango, we had sweet sunny busy days, and relaxing nights. i slept more than usual, as part of some healing in my legs, i could also feel some healing sensations, i think that winter time (cold) is slowing my healing progress.

fruitarian interview

with me is HERE only one click away. there are also interviews with some others, all organized by sweet fruitling mango :) i read them all, and it is very interesting to see how much we all have in common, but also there is obvious diversity in perception and understanding of fruit. i am happy to see there are at least few earthlings on fruit path with strong need to share their experiences with others.

today was warm sunny day so we settled for magic durian picnic on lawn next to our happy garden, but very soon we discovered that our durian is not as sweet and yummy as we wanted to be, so we decided to blend it with raw fresh crimson grapes juice and we end up with very sweet and yummy cream. yum.

durian crimson grapes cream
orange grapefruit tangerine juice 5dl
tomato libanise cucumber avocado chili

today we bought: durians 2, tomatoes 6kg, avocados try, cucumbers 2kg, apples 1kg, mandarins 2kg, bananas 2kg.
